Orders ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted by Customer Service.
Exchange or store credit only (no refunds). Custom bottle openers, sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to email@example.com within 14 days of arrival for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging and packing slip. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Fort Standard LLC is not responsible for shipping charges for returns.
We utilize FedEx and USPS to ship orders within the US and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated automatically by weight. You will be able to choose and view your shipping method and handling fees at checkout before you complete your order.
